NCPC Executive Director Paul DelPonte commends a California judge’s decision to advance a case against Snapchat for its part in fentanyl-related deaths. Plaintiffs are the families of more than 60 children who died from fentanyl-laced pills sold on the social media platform.
“Section 230 is not a get out of jail free card,” DelPonte said.
